We have point of sale sync with SmartVendor at 1min intervals. Our sync software will need to be set up by Loyalty Forge and will run on the SmartVendor server. In order to set up, we will need to shut down SmartVendor for approximately 30 minutes. This should be scheduled during a time when your business is closed.

  • Product categories

Special Cases

SmartVendor does not have a strong product category hierarchy like some other point of sale systems. We build the category name by combining department number, category, and subcategory into one string separated by ” – “.
